Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Cancellation Policy 

​Guests can cancel until 7 days before the excursion/experience start time for a full refund, or 
within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start 
time. After that, we will not accept any type of cancellation, since our team will already have 
everything organized to guarantee an amazing experience.  
  
Rescheduling Policy 

•  Bad weather: The safety of our guests is our top priority. If the excursion/experience cannot take place because of bad weather, we’ll offer an alternative date or simply offer a full refund.

• Other: Guests can re-schedule their booked excursion/tour at no charge up to 24 hours before the start time. No rescheduling will be accepted after this.  

 

*Exceptions: For cancelation or rescheduling requests due to severe illness or accident preventing a guest to attend/participate in the excursion/experience, we’ll need a medical certificate from the health center.
